Great British Food Awards 2023 - silver award for Alfred Enderby

Grimsby based traditional fish smoker, Alfred Enderby, is delighted to announce their silver award at the Great British Food Awards 2023, for their cold smoked salmon. The winners of each category will be featured in a special issue of Great British Food magazine.
Toni Salmon, co-owner said, "Alfred Enderby is delighted to announce our Sliver award for smoked salmon, another success for our humble little smokehouse and a Made Great in Grimsby' cold smoked product made the hard way."
The Great British Food Awards were launched in 2014 to celebrate the country's finest artisanal produce, as well as the hard-working people behind the scenes. This year, the awards are bigger and better than ever, with lots of new categories and amazing celebrity judges.
