Amy meets top Chefs to talk about Grimsby Seafood Sourcing

#MadeGreatInGrimsby Amy Salisbury of Cheshire based, We Are Particular Limited, met food hero's James Martin and Marco Pierre White last week at the 'Love Cheese Live' show.
Amy, wearing the #MadeGreatInGrimsby polo shirt, is originally from Grimsby and her father was a trawlerman. Amy remarked "I launched We Are Particular last year and as you can see from our website we have a passion for keeping seafood simple, natural and always sustainable. My family, including my father who went to sea when he was 15, have been involved in owning and operating fishing trawlers. Grimsby is at the heart of our business and sourcing".
Amy not only had the opportunity to talk about #MadeGreatInGrimsby seafood sourcing to James and Marco but spent time with Saturday Kitchen Chef, Matt Tebbutt. Amy added "What an amazing opportunity meeting top chefs and I'm so grateful to have been exclusively invited to showcase our fish and seafood products from Grimsby".
